While it’s recently been questioned if eating peanut butter is healthy during pregnancy, OBG-YN’s in a report with BabyCenter found no reason to be concerned and nothing against it has been found by the Food & Drug Administration. Still, if you’re cautious but still getting these cravings, feel free to substitute peanut butter with a variety of other nut based butters such as almond, cashew and walnut butters, or with seed based creations including sunflower seed and cashew butters.
